Sample AtEase™ Deliverables

This is what you get.

Two real projects, shown the way our clients see them. Client names and addresses have been removed. Your project page works the same way.

Example 1 · Commercial roof thermal inspection

Swipe between visible and thermal. Tap a finding to fly to it.

A built-up roof with a raised TPO section, flown in visible light and thermal. Every finding is numbered, rated, and pinned where it is, with a recommended next step.

Example 2 · Leak source investigation

The parapet was re-coated. The leak kept coming.

A new-construction roof with an active leak. Repairs had focused on the parapet wall line. We were brought in to find the real entry point.

Visible image of the roof with surface staining marked S1 to S3
Visible. Rust-colored staining (S1–S3) runs from the conduit penetrations toward the drains.
Thermal image of the same roof with the moisture signature outlined
Thermal. A warm, moisture-consistent signature (dashed) starts at the penetrations and follows the same path.
1Moisture signature, at the electrical conduit penetrations
ClearParapet wall line: no discrete signature
ClearPatched areas: thermally neutral
13Paired visible + thermal frame sets reviewed

What we found

  • The signature appeared in every frame set that covered it, from different heights and headings, which rules out a reflection.
  • Surface staining in the visible images lines up with the same path.
  • The re-coated parapet wall showed only the normal, even warmth of a wall. No leak pattern.
  • None of the roof's many patches showed moisture, except where the path passes under one strip.

What we recommended

  1. Verify before repairMoisture probe or core cut at the penetrations and along the path.
  2. Inspect the penetrationsFlashings, sealant pockets, boots, and the conduits themselves.
  3. Replace wet insulationSo the area doesn't keep reading as a leak after it's sealed.
  4. Re-scan after repairA follow-up flight after the next rain confirms the fix held.
Result: leak stopped. The contractor's crew repaired the conduit penetrations we flagged. The building has stayed dry through the rains since.

The written report

Every project includes a plain-language report: what we found, where it is, and what to do next. Tap a page to see it full size.

Thermal images show relative temperature, not calibrated readings. Infrared identifies conditions consistent with moisture; we always recommend confirming our findings before repair.
