Precision Aerial Optics was built to solve a problem I saw firsthand… Critical building decisions being made with incomplete or hard-to-use information.

In my full-time role managing large-scale facilities, I’ve worked directly with roofs, HVAC systems, contractors, and capital planning. I’ve seen how time-consuming inspections can be, how inconsistent documentation becomes, and how often issues are missed until they become expensive.
